Refund Policy

We will exchange or refund (within 7 days) products which have not been custom made, if these are returned to us unused and in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. There will be a re-stock charge of £20 if the product is not defective.

We can only exchange or refund custom made products if they are defective. Please advise us of any problems with 14 days of delivery and we'll do our utmost to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction or provide a full refund (within 7 days).
